This page was created directly on the Quiet Orbit server. A VPS can be a simple, always-on studio for projects, drafts, websites, and small tools.

Private project files

Keep working files in ~/projects, where they are not public.

cd ~/projects
mkdir my-project
nano notes.md

Publish deliberately

Only files in /var/www/html are public. Never place keys, passwords, private notes, or personal records there.

cp finished-page.html /var/www/html/

Keep a backup

Keep another copy of important work on your own computer or in a private repository. The server is a workspace, not an automatic backup.
